Little Shipwright is a fantasy short about a little girl who wants to join her family in sky fishing and repairs an old boat so she can sneak out and join them.

A smart little girl who wants to join her family sky fishing, but, sadly, she is too small and too young. So, as any inginuitive kid, she decides to go out herself, rebuild a broken boat, and join her family.

Each family member has their own role and big personality. Though there are some characters who were nebulous before I started exploring their shape, they all took on a new personality through the process.
Setting Design
Main House
This is the design for the main family house out of the three islands that the family lives on. We wanted the house to have some woods on the island and an interesting silhouette. I had originally been more partial to the 5th design, but as we paired the ideas with the other islands and looked at the shape of the houses, the 4th won out.
